• Sovereign Deployment — full architectural sovereignty: in-Kingdom data residency, domestic custody of cryptographic and model keys, audit-grade governance aligned with SDAIA, NCA, and the Personal Data Protection Law.

The Partnership Model

TSTC does not resell foreign AI. TSTC engineers the sovereign integration layer that translates global AI capability into Saudi institutional capability — so that the platform, the data, the model behavior, and the operational continuity remain under domestic control.
